The compact SUV takes its design cues from SsangYong XIV-Air and XIV-Adventure concepts. The new SsangYong Tivoli sports a muscular appearance. This new crossover gets sleek headlamps, creases that run across the side profile and fog lamps which are well integrated into the lower half of the front bumper. The rear end is simple and receives wrap-around taillamps. The interior looks spacious and exudes a premium feel.
The automaker hasn’t revealed any mechanical specifications of this new crossover yet. But going by the XIV concepts that were displayed at Paris, the SsangYong Tivoli, is expected to come equipped with the 1.6-litre petrol and diesel engines both of which meet the Euro 6 emission standards.
The new SsangYong Tivoli is scheduled to go on sale internationally by mid-2015.
